Full Description:
At approximately 9:00PM on November 5, 2009, we will be performing service affecting maintenance to our mail server. This is a full mail server upgrade to a better performing server along with more than 10 times the storage capacity an additional layer of data protection for customer e-mails. The mail and webmail system will also be updated to the latest feature set offered by SmarterMail (v6.5 Enterprise) to incorporate additional browser support, faster performance, and many new features. This new platform will also give us the ability to offer Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync compatible “push e-mail” to Outlook, Mobile Phones (iPhone, BlackBerry, Palm Pre, etc), and other software platforms.
During this maintenance period we expect no more than 1 hour of mail inaccessibility. We request that customers please delay usage of mail until the maintenance period is complete to prevent any data loss.
We apologize for any inconvenience this maintenance may cause and appreciate your patience as we continue to improve systems.
