Child Internet Safety Expo
We were part of the Expo that took place at the Pontiac convention center a little while back, we can help protect your kids and computer online with a free service called OPENDNS. It will block

Upcoming Projects
Coming early next year we will be launching a new service to combat SPAM for any of our customers. Even if you do not host your email through us, we will filter all of your email with the Industries leading SPAM filter by Barracuda Networks. The same system used by most Fortune 500 companies and the United States Military. Look for more information soon!
In an effort to provide better customer service and protect your information we are in the process of upgrading and building our own new small data center to house all of your
servers, network equipment and offsite backup storage systems; complete with 24/7 video surveillance, redundant high speed carrier grade internet links and backup power. The new center should be up and running early next year.

Email Server Maintenance

Maintenance Start: November 5, 2009 9:00 PM EST
Maintenance End: November 6, 2009 6:00 AM EST
Customers Effected: All Domains

Full Description:
At approximately 9:00PM on November 5, 2009, we will be performing service affecting maintenance to our mail server. This is a full mail server upgrade to a better performing server along with more than 10 times the storage capacity an additional layer of data protection for customer e-mails. The mail and webmail system will also be updated to the latest feature set offered by SmarterMail (v6.5 Enterprise) to incorporate additional browser support, faster performance, and many new features. This new platform will also give us the ability to offer Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync compatible “push e-mail” to Outlook, Mobile Phones (iPhone, BlackBerry, Palm Pre, etc), and other software platforms.
During this maintenance period we expect no more than 1 hour of mail inaccessibility. We request that customers please delay usage of mail until the maintenance period is complete to prevent any data loss.
We apologize for any inconvenience this maintenance may cause and appreciate your patience as we continue to improve systems.
